Our aim is to build a close working relationship with both landlords and their tenants to ensure that small issues don’t escalate into big problems.
We will assume the day to day management activities, including Rent Collection, Service Charge administration, and Facilities Management.
We will undertake punctual collection of rents, liaise with Clients and ensure the swift transfer of funds.
If required, we will prepare and administer service charge accounts, incorporating collection of “on account” payments and prompt year end reconciliations.
We will provide a prompt and efficient response to all facility related matters, meeting the demands of both Landlords and Tenants.
We will make regular inspections of all properties providing a proactive response to maintenance issues, rather than a reactive response wherever possible.
