Our aim is to find the ideal tenant for your investment property and ensure that both Tenant and Landlord enjoy a stress-free transition from advertising the property to the tenant move-in. We will either undertake the full day to day management of your property or alternatively, if you prefer to remain somewhat hands on we can simply offer a Tenant-find service.

Full Management Includes:

Tenant Find, Full Referencing and Credit Check through to Move In
Collection of First Month’s rent and Security Deposit
Registering Deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
Preparation of the Tenancy Agreements and other legal paperwork
Preparation of Inventories and Schedule of Condition
Preparation of a useful Handover pack
Collection of rent throughout the tenancy with punctual transfer of rents.
Regular property inspections
Co-ordination of maintenance and payment of Contractors
Attending to rent reviews as and when appropriate
Advising and informing of latest regulatory news
